As someone who has never needed a lawyer before I am blown away by the performance of Brain Joslyn. A case in which could've gone in a seriously negative way turned into a great alternative. The out come was something that was nothing short of miraculous. Mr. Joslyn was extremely helpful and informative as well as excellent communication from his paralegal Bess Sommerfelt. Overall would highly recommend and would be a returning customer in the future.

On a Friday night in early December, I was involved in an incident. On Saturday I stewed and stewed on what to do. Then I determined I needed an attorney to handle my situation. I Googled for attorney reviews specific to my case. I finally made my decision on which attorney to contact late Saturday afternoon. When I called I was connected to an answering service, who took my name and number, and assured me I would receive a call back. Since it was late Saturday, I assumed I wouldn’t receive a call until Monday. Not true! To my surprise and pleasure, at 10 AM on Sunday morning Brian Joselyn contacted me. After explaining what had happened, and agreeing to his services, the last words, he said before hanging up were “do not stress or worry we are very good at what we do”. From that moment on everyone I dealt with (Angela, Bess, and Brian) was GREAT! Brian and his associates basically “held my hand” throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained every possible outcome and gave me invaluable advice. In the long run I could have not asked for better representation. This Law Firm is GREAT!!! ( HELL Yeah! ), My case depended on their case with my brother in law, Brian Joslyn and Tamas Tabor did one hell of a job! My brother in law was found NOT GUILTY on all 5 counts and after the trial the judge and prosecutor came up to me and my wife and said there is no need to continue with your trials.
