Having to hire a lawyer for anything can be frightening, and not knowing anyone in Ohio just added more anxiety to my case. I had done some online research and was able to find the Joslyn Law Firm. Based on the discussion I had with the team and their reviews, I ended up hiring them. The firm did a great job all the way from the administrative side of things to handling the actual case. I was represented by Brian Joslyn and felt confident working with him. I hope I do not have to come to this, but I will definitely be referring anyone who needs an attorney to the Joslyn Law Firm. I can honestly say Brian Joslyn and Tamas Tabor is what I call a dream team , They were on my husbands case since day one was always available and listened. Back story My husband , me , sister in law and brother in law got slapped hard with charges for throwing trespassers off my father in laws rental property.My husband got 5 felony one charges , then had 4 more added on at trial , After two years a mis trial on Jan 7 these attorneys sat beside my husband all three were a nervous wreck and as each not guilty plea was read they all were emotional. These attorneys put their heart and soul into my husbands case unlike the rest of our attorneys. I can’t praise these two attorneys enough . As someone that does not have run ins with the law and was wrongfully accused of something that could jeopardize my livelihood, I am extremely happy I came across this law firm. I would explain my interactions with Bryan and his colleagues as timely, matter of fact, personable, available, and honest. No one can promise your fate in a court room, however, my fate could of been a lot different with out this legal team by my side.

Horrible law firm DO NOT USE wants to over charge my spouse basically had to represent herself in are case. Got a email about extra charges after are ‘trust’ is used up. Was never contacted or told about or told about paid $3500 from the start I would expect a lot better service not everyone knows the legal system and a law firm should help the most they can not just take money on a assumption.

I was falsley accused of a terrible crime and it was the most terrifying experience of my life! I contacted Brian Joslyn and he was absolutely amazing!! He always answered my calls. I’ve never had to hire a lawyer, or been arrested until a couple months ago. Looking for a reliable firm to trust was a little tough but, I’m very pleased that I selected this law firm to help me with my case. I highly recommend working with Brian Joslyn. He’s guided me along this process very well, great communication, he successfully got my case dismissed & filed for expungement! Overall, he’s a great person. I hired Brian to defend my wife who was accused of Drug Conspiracy along with myself. During this process I agreed to take all the charges as I should so that they would give her probation. After I turned myself in and went to prison, the county went back on their word and elected to put her in prison anyways. Brian went to war, shut them down and forced them to stand by their agreement. Which in turn saved my kids a world of heartache losing both of their parents at the same time. I appreciate Brian Jocelyn in my case and getting it resolved. He worked and came to a conclusion for a reduced charge. If he had not assisted me with this matter it would have affected my job, nursing license and other things as well. Their office is promp in emailing and answering questions in a timely matter.
