I can’t commend Brian Joslyn enough. I had a CCW (carrying concealed weapon) from 2004. Upon signing up with the military my case was thrown out. I did not know that I received an indictment shortly before I was to leave for the Navy. I have been in Washington state since 2005, where I served honorably upon the USS Abraham Lincoln. I had a warrant out for my arrest since 2005 that I was unaware of until I left the Navy. For years I tried to find a lawyer for a reasonable price that could help me with this case. Most of them told meI have to turn myself in. Others told me they couldn’t take the case. I had recently moved to Georgia to give my wife and three children a better life. That’s when I called and spoke to Brian briefly about my situation. Brian Joslyn and his team insured me they would take care of me for a very reasonable price. Brian quickly and promptly had my warrant thrown aside. Brian made me feel reinsured and took the time to answer any questions I had.
