I was extremely pleased at the level of professionalism, respect, knowledge, and care that The Joslyn Law Firm abides by. For my first time ever needing an Attorney to respectfully and professionally to represent me, I couldn't have been more pleased with Attorney Tamas and his Paralegal Jessica. They are really caring and knowledgeable in their field, and it shows. If I ever had a question while they were working on my case, they were always prompt to answer it confidently. Overall, I would highly recommend The Joslyn Law Firm!!

So far, my experience with this law firm has been very positive. I am still in the middle of my court processes with them so I can update this if anything changes, but so far Brian has been my lawyer. Him and his team have been very quick and responsive. I had multiple lawyers recommended to me from all over Ohio, but after speaking with the Joslyn Law Firm this was the only consultation I was able to speak to and get my case assigned to the lawyer who the firm’s reputation and accolades were awarded to. The consultation was very thorough and Brian actually sounded like he cared about the case, rather than the “just another case” vibe I was getting from the associate lawyers at other firms.

Tamas was a very understanding, hard working lawyer who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible outcome with my case, very appreciative of him and his efforts thank you again!

Would recommend this law firm to anyone facing any kind of charge regardless of your plea. I had a old charge from 2017 that I later found out was not resolved after a couple years later. I now live out of state, was dreading what could come of this, and what to do next. I knew I just wanted it to be permanently and now “legally” documented over with and strictly in my past. That’s when I googled law firms in that area and found Joslyn. When I first contacted them I could tell it was a perfect fit and they had compassion from the start. Mr. Ryan Schaffer contacted me that same day and let me go into extreme detail without even being hired yet. After that first phone call I automatically knew he was the one to move forward with side by side in which became a LONG journey ahead with getting this resolved. After an entire year of hiring him (due to personal reasons) and getting all of my ducks in a row, I gave him the date I would be arriving. At that point, Mr. Shaffer and Mackenzie were able to add me on the docket for that day. When I arrived for my initial appearance, as well as my final court date, he was right there beside me from the very very beginning of me walking into the courthouse all the way through to filling out documents at the end. Even though I plead guilty, he managed and fought for me and I ended up getting the minimal minimal that he could possibly get and then some. Mr. Schaffer, I want to again tell you how much I truly appreciate you and the staff at Joslyn Law Firm. After this past week, thanks to you, I can NOW finally say it’s in the past for good.

Didn't get to use them in court because I guess in Ohio you need go to same court / county that custody battle took place that part makes no sense but they was very helpful

I needed help to get through a pretty tough situation. Joslyn law firm was recommended to me and I’m glad I went with them. Brian did not hesitate to help me. He did exactly what I needed to get through my situation. He was very helpful and honest with me. I’m extremely glad he was representing me. Brian’s paralegal, Bess, was absolutely wonderful through the process. She was always available to answer any question I had, weather it was by phone or email. If it was a question needed answered by Brian, Bess would pass it on and I would have my answers very quickly. I truly appreciate the help I received from Brian an Bess. Thank you guys!

I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received from Joslyn Law firm. Brian made this process completely stress-free and made me feel at ease until the very end. Ultimately Brian ensured that the case was dismissed and on top of that even filed for the expungement afterward. Horrible Horrible Horrible law firm !!! Didn't return phone calls didn't keep appointments didn't keep me notified Basically stole my money and did nothing for me. When I find out how to report them to the law board I'm going to. Didn't return phone calls. Didn't tell me they delayed my court Date, showed up to court, then the lady's told me it was postponed. Got discovery 5 mins before I went in front of the judge. Yes they represented me, but poorly. It is 4 months later but hopefully I can save someone else from making the mistake of hiring this place. Better off with someone else 👍🏻🇺🇲

Brian did an absolute amazing job! His team was always quick to answer any questions I had and always kept me updated. He listened to what I had to say, and stood firm for me and what I needed. I definitely recommend this team!

Attorney Mr. TAMAS TABOR with JOSLYN LAW FIRM "dedicated to protect your rights". Truly stand by their names. TAMAS TABOR did an absolute wonderful job defending our son. Our son was faced with allegedly hit his small child. It was an accidental incident that involved the father getting hurt were the child jumped on the family jewels. He was looking at serious time that looked threatening. But very special thanks to his attorney Mr.Tabor. Especially when the day before the trial, the courts tried to switch things around that was not appropriate for his case, but due to the attorneys attentive attention to details, everything worked out to be justice prevailed. This attorneys office has helped us before in the past and they did an amazing job.
