Steve Katz was extremely helpful with resolving a civil suit filed against us that involved a housing/lease agreement that was over ten years old. We were completely blinded. And somewhat embarrassed by the whole situation. With no judgment; Steve was extremely professional and walked us through each step of the legal process. His knowledge of tenant/landlord law is exceptional. We could not have asked for a better resolution of our case.

Steven Katz really fought for us against an unethical person that was trying to illegally and unethically take our deposit without following proper legal procedure and threatened legal action when we pointed it out. Mr. Katz was incredibly professional and it was clear that he wants to do what is right. I'm very appreciative and I hope the landlord has learned their lesson to be more ethical. Steven Katz is a world class lawyer and kind man. He took my case with all its complications and potential loss of funds and worked very hard to resolve the case in my favor.
