One thing that I really appreciate about working with them is that if they are not able to help me with an issue they seek out the right person or team to help efficiently address the issue. The best way I think I can review Chris is soft spoken, good sense of humor, and a when he needs to be a Bully back by facts and law. Below is just an extract of a Thank you email I sent his office in closing of a custody battle. Results I kept all my right and full custody of my 11month old daughter. Being a single dad i did not have high expectations. It's an art and you will be glad when litigation begin you chose this group. I recently had a dispute with the dealership where I bought my car. I was forced into arbitration against both the dealership and Chrysler. I hired Mr. Katz to represent me at my arbitration. Chris Trolinger was assigned to my case mid-stream in the divorce process. He did come to understand my case fairly quickly. At times I didn't feel well informed and found myself lacking knowledge about the process in an uncivil divorce. I did not receive a copy of the deposition. My disappointment stems from both domestic law and the attorney's standard approach to divorce. Denying fault, renders it impossible to reach a fair and equitable outcome in a failed marriage. My case was based on financial misconduct but was not aggressively pursued as should have been. I did not feel that enough effort or interest was taken to push this valid point. I settled in mediation for many reasons, the biggest reason being that there was simply no money left to go on. The entire divorce process took one year.
