If I could give no stars I would. Viki was originally my case manager I meet with John f Kennedy I felt like they would be great because he seemed to feel how I did about my situation and reacted the same way. Well Nov was when my daughters incident happen, this is now June I haven't talked to viki more than twice. My case was transfered to another department and no one notified me. I did most of the foot work and filling paperwork. Still have yet to get an answer from Terry or heather whom took over my case in March. Wish I never called them no proffesionlosm.

Their staff is persistent but courteous when calling our accounts who have fallen behind on their bills.
