Schiff and associates made my ordeal, my entire situation, much more bearable. They were extremely professional in their dealings with my family and I, walking us through the entire process step by step, insuring that we were well aware of our options and rights, explaining in precise detail what was happening throughout the case. I highly recommend this firm and its services.

After they were nasty about everything and anger that my daughter's boyfriend didn't jump to come pick up his check which was crump change anyway. After a trip downtown in the heat to pick it up, he got it home, and ready to cash, they had never signed it. What rinky dink outfit doesn't double check what they give to their clients. What else did they forget to do.

The initial rep that I was working with Sara Russell was TERRIBLE. If I called her I had to place multiple calls to get in contact with her... She would not return calls unless the message that you left was kinda rude (which I hated to do) When she sent me an email telling me that she resigned I was relieved! LOL Then my file was transferred to Nichole Schoen. She was more thorough in answering my questions and returning my calls/emails. If it wasn't for the first person I probably could have settled my claim a long time ago. Nevertheless... Overall I am pleased with the outcome. Keith Shepherdson was awesome and very kind and patient with answering my questions.

Schiff & Associates have really taken care of me above and beyond what I expected from a larger law firm. They aren't huge, but they seem to be very friendly, professional and were timely on keeping me updated on my case. I was able to settle out of trial and got Much more than I expected from my case. Not to mention all my medical bills were paid and I got just over $17,000 to keep for myself. I recommend choosing Schiff & Associates to anyone with a serious injury or even simple case.
