We are so pleased we chose to go with Winkler Legal! My father was in a terrible situation where he was put into a maximum security facility, unable to leave for lunch or shopping, because of his memory issues related to sclerosis of the liver. His wife had became very impatient with him and decided that having him committed was best for her. She is a very sick and controlling person that stripped him of all his communication devices, almost trying to make him disappear. She was also blocking him from being able to visit me in Michigan. Dirk got right to it immediately and in less than three months had all of his rights restored! I’m able to take him to lunch, shopping and to Michigan whenever he wants to visit with family. He has a phone and tablet in his possession at all times that he can use whenever he wants to! This might not seem like a big deal but it’s huge for my father. He has finally filed for divorce and will be rid of the terrible person he married years ago. Every single individual in Dirk’s office has been extremely courteous, professional and friendly. We highly recommend them for any elder legal matters. They know just what to do. Thank you so much Dirk!
