I had a complex estate to settle involving no will, 4 properties, and many problems to solve before settling the estate. With Atty. Winkler's help and guidance, and the help of his paralegal, Heather, this case was settled by mid February of 2014. I had engaged him as my attorney in October of 2013. Both people were responsive to answering questions, and gave good directions for dealing with this case. I would recommend him to friends, and I would engage him as my attorney again in the matter of estate planning or if I had to deal with another estate.

I would recommend this lawyer to anyone I know. He is the most trustworthy, honest, professioncal lawyer I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with him for over a year now. I found his number on the internet and just called him out of the blue. He talked to me about my situation on the phone for over an hour and never charged me a dime. He was very helpful to me before I even hired him. He actually tries to help his clients and not his bank account. I have been to trial with Dirk, and Dirk was very professional and respectful to my defendent. I would highly recommend this attorney!!
