I've been in Real Estate for 20 years and have worked with a number of attorneys. I find that Thomas Taneff is one of the most pleasant to work with. He and his staff are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his law firm.

Dennis is my attorney and he is WONDERFUL he puts my mind at ease and is soooooo helpful in the difficult situation I'm dealing with in a 7 year shared parent agreement I'm trying to modify so if you want a great attorney you should hire Dennis Horvath and his staff they are amazing

Where do I start? The professionals at this business simply understand the LAW. I was emotional, upset, and disappointed. Barry Wolinetz WON my appeal in April of 2017, Barry calls me in the middle of his day, to explain that the court agreed with his statements, and sent my case back to the lower court to set things back in the right direction. Listen, judges are not perfect, and sometimes, you need a GREAT attorney to simply write out what happen, and where there was an error. I promise you, I represented myself for a short amount of time, and Barry is worth every penny. DO NOT REPRESENT YOURSELF! Next, let's talk about Eric Brown. When it was time to go back to court, and face the judge and the defendants on my case again, I couldn't have lucked out with a better attorney to focus on the facts, file the right motions with the court, and to respond to my needs as a client, and a mother. My case was not simple, my case was not easy. I can tell you that my fight was long and hard, and Eric Brown road in and protected my rights, and every time I asked that my child be put first above all, Eric supported me. I did my best to ask for reasonable request, and Eric Brown made sure I understood what was in my best interest, and how the court may take my request. I was never unhappy with Eric Brown representing me. I never waited hours for a reply from Eric Brown. I never felt that I was billed for something that was not true statements of time for work done on my case. Every concern I had, Eric Brown made sure we at least spoke on the phone to go over details of my concerns, and he advised me on my legal options. Eric Brown should be your attorney. You are an idiot if you hire anyone else. If you go to court, and Eric Brown is representing the other party, just settle... Don't bother trying to fight him. It will not be worth it. Let's talk about billing, time, and expectations. You're hiring an attorney. Of course you will be billed.. My contract terms were always met, and my expectations were set appropriately. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I can tell you that my case was finally done the right way. I can provide a list of lawyers that simply have no idea what they are doing.. and I hired them. I wish I went with Wolinetz and Horvath first. I would have saved time, money, and a bit of my sanity. Do not retain someone else, and wake up in 6 months wishing you would have gone with Wolinetz and Horvath.

Facing legal matters can be a very intimidating and stressful event. I met with attorney Eric Brown when a suit was filed against me. Eric consulted with me and gave me excellent legal advice. He represented me in a court trial. I was thoroughly prepared of what to expect and his courtroom performance was flawless. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone in need of counsel. He is a stellar professional that lead me through the legal process and made it manageable. The outcome of my case was very favorable and I attribute that to his expertise. Eric Brown is definitely a huge help when it comes to family law cases. I live in NC and I had to hire an attorney in Ohio due to my ex husband filing for divorce and parental rights there. I did some research on this website and saw that he was rated highly and had good reviews. I quickly scheduled a phone consult with Mr. Brown and hired him immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and shows a sincere concern for his clients. He worked very diligently on my case. I was worried it would be complicated with me being in NC but he quickly made me feel at ease. He was extremely easy to get in contact with via email or phone and made me feel like my outcome was his first priority. He also made contact with my family law attorney in NC to make sure he was familiar with various laws in NC that could impact my case in OH. Eric definitely did his research and worked diligently to reach the desired outcome. My entire case in Ohio was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and I was also awarded a portion of legal fees. I do not feel like I would have achieved this without the help of Mr. Brown and his expertise in the divorce/custody area. I am now able to fully focus my attention on finalizing everything in NC.

What can I say? Eric knows his stuff! He is steeped and well-versed in all aspects of the law. He is also very strategic and an adept critical thinker. What is even more impressive about Eric is the fact that he treats you like a partner, an equal and not like a client. He always returned my calls and valued my input and concerns.
