Eric assisted me greatly in my efforts to modify my shared parenting plan. He always kept me informed as to the status of the paperwork filed with the courts and what I could reasonably expect. I appreciated that he was always very honest and had a realistic level headed approach. I truly feel that Eric had the best interest of my family in mind. I was always informed if a certain approach I had in mind would or would not be cost effective. Ultimately a new shared parenting plan agreement was reached, to the best interest of everyone involved.

I had a very critical and complex multi state relocation/custody hearing in which Eric represented me with very little preparation time. Not only was Eric on top of every aspect of my case, He was available anytime I needed his help with questions. We were victorious in our case and Eric was an essential part of getting the judgment I needed to keep my children in my home state of Arizona. Eric went so far above and beyond, communicating via telephone and email with my attorney in Arizona, making sure we were in sync with two different courts in 2 states thousands of miles apart was a daunting task. Without Eric's help I have no doubt I would not have my children with me. I am very grateful for everything he has done for me.

Eric was such a comfort to me to have representing me thru one of the most difficult times of my life. I knew whatever question I had or uncertainty he was always there to answer and reassure me thru the process. I had no doubt thru my whole ordeal he was the there taking care of the tiniest detail to make sure everything was done in my best interest. I felt as if a friend was representing me. But when it came to my interest in the legal proceedings he stood firm to make sure I was top priority. Even after it was all done he still makes sure everything is followed thru. I have already recommended him because he truly is one of the best.
