John was very helpful in navigating our claim. My husband was struck by a car in a public parking lot. The driver remained and was insured. There was video of the incident that was submitted to the local police department. John helped us correspond with all necessary parties, and was successful in obtaining what we feel was a fair settlement given the circumstances. We highly recommend John!

I was struck by a car while biking in late May 2020. Fortunately, the driver stopped and was insured, but I was in no state to try to reach a settlement on my own. A friend recommended Mr. Markus, and I contacted him shortly after the accident. By the end of the year Mr. Markus negotiated a settlement for much more than I had anticipated! He worked hard for me while I took my time to recovery, and the settlement he got me allowed me to recover my peace of mind as well.

Henry Acciani handled my case personally and did a great job. He negotiated in my behalf and I really appreciated that he took care of reimbursing Medicare and my health insurance company for the medical bills I was required to repay. Henry's son Robert handled the settlement meeting and explained all the paperwork. I was very satisfied with their work and believe I got a fair settlement.
