I contacted Attorney Yazdani and Duvessa when I needed to remove the condition on my green card. I was extremely nervous and stressed about my chance of getting approved, but their legal experience and kind attitude quickly alleviated my worries. What I also really appreciate about them is they always responded to my questions quickly (even the ones that were not entirely related to my case). My application was approved without any interview/RFE and I am really thankful that I chose such dedicated lawyers to represent my case.

I recently used Scribe & Squire to assist with the drafting of an objection to a magistrate's decision. The arguments were extremely well developed and written. If you are an attorney and appellate writing is not your greatest strength, then Scribe & Squire is your answer.

I am very grateful for this firm! I couldn't have asked for a better team to get justice for my late husband! They told me from the start it was going to be a long road and we had a fight on our hands! They never stopped fighting and justice was served!

My first experience with the firm was great. Craig listened through my whole sob story, and then explained my obstacles, one being the statute of limitations. Last year I had a knee replacement, and a few weeks later my quad ruptured and the surgeon continued to tell me it was torn scar tissue. The signs were all there, severe pain, inability to use my quad muscle, which caused my knee to buckle all the time. So for months my family had to watch as I was constantly falling, trying to teach myself how to walk without that muscle. And there was alot of falling. So the other thing we had to do was prove when this injury occurred. Which between my therapy notes, witnesses, and even some of the surgeons notes. The task didn't seem that daunting. So to speed things up, I procured every ounce of medical documentation that was necessary to start a case. My one issue off the bat was dealing with their nurse, who continually informed me that a ruptured quad was debilitating like I was somehow lying about it. Or lying about when it happened, every conversation was like an accusation. She constantly was informing me that it was debilitating, like knee buckling and falling constantly and the pain wasn't enough of a sign. I worked with them for 7 weeks, me assuming they had already taken the case. Especially with the statute of limitations being an issue. That's what I get for assuming anything. I get a call a couple days ago from the nurse informing me they will not be taking the case, because they would have to prove when the rupture occured. I thought that is what their job was, the burden of proof. And of course again she informs me that a ruptured quad is debilitating. Like another surgeon and MRI must be a mistake. It wasn't the fact that they didn't take the case, they spent 7 weeks dangling me thinking they already had. So now I have attorneys telling me I have a case, they just don't have enough time to prepare it, because of the statute of limitations. Isn't that just great!!! I think the professional thing to have done here, first don't have the nurse call me to let me know your not taking the case, and another with this amount of time left, maybe send it off to someone who might be willing to take it. A simple MRI last year and the rupture caught in time, it could have been repaired. But now, and yes nurse I am debilitated and disfigured. Unless I can find someone soon who is willing to do the burden of proof. The surgeon will not have to pay for his medical malpractice. Also just to add, several of the top medical malpractice attorneys actually work at Leesburg and Valentine. Can one of you develope a set of balls and take my case.
