Jim was amazing! With such a lawsuit happy society, it was comforting to have legal support that got me through the complaint to the Board with a favorable outcome. Hope to never need Jim again but would enlist his services, if necessary, in the future. Highly recommend.

I came across Jim while seeking alternate council in the midst of a year long investigation with the OBN. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable on the entire process and definitely made me feel confident that I instilled the fate of my career and future in his hands. Jim took the time to really listen to my concerns, and answer any questions I had at length. I received the most favorable outcome with the OBN, and the case was closed. I am so thankful to Jim!! Jim McGovern is an experienced and knowledgable attorney who helped me through a very stressful time. I am glad I employed him. It is difficult to navigate through a legal event when you don't know what to expect, or know the procedures. Jim represented me in a professional manner, and gave me a peace of mind. I also heard Jim represent other nurses at the OBN hearing, and he was consistent in his representation of them as well. If you need an attorney, Jim is a good choice!
