I was faced with something that was going to change my life forever (and not in a good way)! I was scared and wasn't sure what to do or where to turn. I started making phone calls to different lawyers but as soon as I talked Jim McGovern, I knew he was the one that was going to be able to help me the most. I talked to him for an hour about my situation (at no charge) prior to me hiring him to represent me. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me from the beginning to the end. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will definitely call Jim. On a side note, his entire office staff are awesome as well😁

Mr McGovern handled a situation where I received a default order from the Ohio board of nursing suspending my license. This was of no fault of my own. Absolutely Fantastic Lawyer!! I hired Mr. McGovern in 2012 to represent me with an accusation about my character that was made to the Ohio Board of Nursing. I initially made a lot of mistakes by making important legal decisions under duress while I met with the Board alone. I contacted Mr. McGovern and from that point forward the mistakes were eliminated and I was able to eventually reactivate my license. After the OBN dismissed my case and ruled the charges as baseless, I began the process of rebuilding my career. I am convinced my story would not have had a happy ending without Jim's patient dealings with the OBN and his tireless pursuit of the facts in my case.
