I would highly recommend Joslyn Law Firm to anyone. Ryan Shafer was very helpful and really knew his OVI law. I hired another lawyer to take care of a case for me while I was living out of state. When I moved back to Ohio I found out I had a warrant and Ryan was able to help me take care it quickly without going to jail and the charge was reduced.

I left a review earlier but as my cases came to a close I find out that Ryan is incompetent, and grossly misrepresents himself I hired him for multiple cases going on consecutively...... after everything concluded I go and try to get my license reinstated they of course tell me what I had been telling him that the ALS suspension was still in effect from a charge that was dismissed! Ryan was suppose to be representing me at Joslyn Law Firm but when it came time he sent some unprepared replacement who was late. Ryan never said he wasn't coming..... and unfortunately that for me was the beginning of the end!! I too would give him negative stars if i could as he has since failed to return phone calls. Who does that??? and why not he's been paid. Ryan/Josyln Law Firm are unprofessional and have lost there moral compass for better words...... Just do research before hiring attorney especially when your future is dependent on it. I now have to deal with the repercussions of his incompetence. Ryan and the Josyln Firm were lazy above all.. The crime here is that he's allowed to still practice law!! What a system we have........... Again do your research!!!

I am so glad I hired the Joslyn law firm. Brian is awsome. He said they would fight for the best possible outcome and did just that. I was facing an F3 and F1 with possible life sentence. After working with Brian and Regina the F1 was dropped and now I'm looking at the possibility of probation. I had previously hired other attorneys twice and both times was told that probation was not a possibility. I highly recommend the Joslyn law firm

Brian was extremely responsive. He kept us updated on all case developments, and was always available to answer questions or to help us. He treated us like we were his only case. The outcome of our case was better than we could have expected.

Regina Griffith is an excellent attorney and really knows how the court system works, she was able to help me reach the best outcome of an impossible situation, she was very attentive and always available when I needed advice or someone to talk to. The Joslyn law firm was not the cheapest firm but not the most expensive and after everything was completed, I feel like I got a pretty good showing for my investment with the firm. I was charged with an OVI in Delaware County. This was my first brush with the law and I was very stressed and scared. I originally hired an attorney that didn't specialize in OVI cases.
