My name is Alesia R. I have to GBM Law 5 stars on everything as well liking everything listed above regarding this law firm. I have a few issues that I needed help with. I kept seeing the advertisement on television. I wasn't sure if they could help me, but I called to find out. As it turned out they were not able to assist with legal issues when it came to representing me; however, the female attorney I spoke to (can't remember her name), was extremely helpful. I've dealt with a lot of attorneys and most have been so rude that if they cannot help you, they almost hang up on you. However, she took the time to listen to everything I had to say and told me what type attorney I needed for my particular issues. That was so refreshing and just that little bit of information helped me grateful as I've had to do a lot of legal things myself. However, it did not stop there, a few days later, I received a follow-up letter in the mail which reminded me of the timeframe for one of my legal issues which is approaching in a few months so I grateful for that reminder and that was not even the issue I spoke with her about. I have to say I am very impressed with the professionalism. Not many businesses take the time to follow-up and to take the time to write and mail a letter, now that's customer service. Follow-up! If I know of anyone who has a case that where they would need such reprensentation, I would definitely GBM law. If she did all that for me even though, they didn't handle my type of case, I can only imagine what how they help the clients that they can assist.
