I have a long, long list of complaints. Starting in June of 2020 we decided to sell our house to buy ourselves out of our Chapter 13 bankruptcy.. we contacted the office to file paperwork, etc. We got our first offer in July of 2020. We’re in contract and didn’t close until October of 2020. DUE TO PAPERWORK NOT BEING FILED CORRECTLY. We close on October 27, 2020 .... with our realtors not being paid because Bryan didn’t file the proper paper work. He files, get to November, he “accidentally” filed the wrong paperwork again, they finally got paid a week before Christmas. In the meantime, he filled for himself to be paid on Dec 7th, WITH TWO DIFFERENT AMOUNTS ON COURT DOCUMENTS. How do you expect a court to approve it when even you don’t know what you’re suppose to get paid? Here we are in January now, with no end in sight because once again, additional paperwork WASN’T filled and now we wait on a hearing unless this office can become competent enough to KNOW how to do their jobs! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BANKRUPTCY NEEDS. There are many other offices out there who will represent you. We’ve contacted three who won’t even touch our case because they’ve messed it up so badly! Amourgis & Associates, can you tell me when you’ll finally get it together so the Trustee will stop taking money out of our checks? How long do we wait until our bankruptcy is FINALLY over? October 27th, we paid it off .... January 4th, we have no end in sight. Thanks for all the great work!
