I am not the most well-spoken person, but I will try to leave a helpful review. I hired Jennifer in the middle of a divorce with children (and abuse). She cleaned up my pro se mess and put my end of the divorce back on equal ground. Jennifer definitely more than earned her fees by being available nearly 24/7 to help with my case. She patiently guided me through my divorce with great strength on my behalf and was able to make a much better situation for my kids and me. I won't give you a magical story about how she won everything for me in a divorce. That's neither practical, nor what I was wanting. Despite having an incredibly difficult judge and questionable GAL, she was able to ensure a fair deal in the end. She helped me further, once the divorce was finished, with my ex to make sure he followed court orders. She sacrificed her own time and effort to help my transition to a new life. Jennifer was much more than a lawyer for me - she was there to support me when I needed it, without judgment. She found creative solutions to problems that seemed impossible to resolve. She, gently, kept me in check when I was really being unreasonable. She made sure I understood absolutely everything - even if it took several discussions for me to fully comprehend. As for the legal side of things, she is amazing. She obviously knew much more about law than her opponent (not to mention maturity). She knew what to do to avoid further conflict and future problems. Jennifer knew how to address problems I was having with my ex's need for control and incorporated her knowledge into the divorce negotiations and decree. To put it simply, she made sure I was going to be safe in the future. I can't being to explain how important that is. On her website, she describes herself. "I understand how difficult facing divorce or child custody disputes can be, and am dedicated to providing each of my clients with zealous, caring representation throughout every stage of their case. I am committed to making myself available to address the needs of my clients and answer their questions, and will work hard for the most positive result in your case." That is more accurate than any description I could think of. 110% true. In one simple statement: She is amazing and worth every penny of her fees.
