Jennifer was compassionate and understanding as well as very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone. My only suggest is that perhaps she could be a little more aggressive when helping the client deal with issues that perhaps the client isn't comfortable with, maybe be a bit more of an advocate in cases where the client needs some help.

Ms. Nielsen was a wealth of knowledge when reviewing my severance agreement. I thought about just signing the agreement and not meeting with her but then decided to meet with her. I am so glad I did. Had I not had her legal advice, it's possible my previous employer was not obligated to pay thousands of dollars owed to me because of they way the employer had documented it. Jennifer Nielsen picture looks like the girl next door. She is was very personable with me, but I heard opposing counsel was quite disappointed, with having to deal with her. She was unyielding and resolute in getting me everything I asked for and she got it for me! Everything I ask for. In our meeting, she asked “what do you really want.” It wasn’t the approach of other attorneys’ I have encountered. They often said what was best. After I told her what I wanted, she than got it, and framed it for my best interested (with my consent). My case was wrapped up quickly (several months sooner than I expected), which showed me she wasn’t interested in dragging it out to make extra money off of me, she was interested in getting results. She paved the way, for my expectations of attorney’s. Based off of my positive experience with her, I know how to encourage others, as to what to expect and require of an attorney. I highly recommend her and have given her contact information to others.
