I can’t say enough good things about this firm. Tim Cook was my attorney and he kept me well informed and responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. But more than that I feel he truly cared about me as a person and wanted the best possible outcome. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was kind and helpful as well. If I ever need an attorney I will call Tim Cook first. If he doesn’t necessarily specialize in what I may need I trust him to refer me in the right direction. I guess that says it all. I contacted Kohl & Cook a few days ago looking for an attorney after not receiving a car title I had purchased from a private owner. I asked for a consultation and Sean Kohl was able to start right away. I explained that my situation was a bit strange as I live abroad but have an address in Ohio, and I was unsure of how to proceed with my legal issue. He was very understanding and helpful, he explained everything simply and empathetically. He listed all of the options that I had on how we would proceed if he took my case, and was very transparent about the price of services he would be providing. He also urged that I take a few days to think my options over, speak with my partner, and attempt to contact the Private Owner one last time to save me the time and money of court. His paralegal, Liz was also incredibly helpful and sent over the forms I'd need to fill out within the next half hour, even going so far as to call me back after my email had been written down wrong. I never once felt pressured to make a decision right away, and thankfully my problem was resolved without needing their services. If I or my family need legal services I will definitely be recommending Kohl & Cook to them in the future.
