EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INCLUDING "MICHAEL" (WOULDN'T SPELL HIS LAST NAME BUT THOUGHT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO HANG UP THE PHONE INSTEAD) AND "BOB WHITE" ... IF (AND ONLY IF) THIS LAW OFFICE IS A TRUE ESTABLISHMENT, THEN PLEASE CONSIDER CHOOSING BETTER EMPLOYEES OR TRAIN THEM APPROPRIATELY AS YOU MAY GET BETTER END RESULTS.

Who are this people?. I just got a letter from them from a Ohio state university. Which i never ever lived in Ohio not even close. SCAM NOT SENDING ONE PENNY !!

Refuses to stop calling me for student loans that I DO NOT HAVE!! I am not even a student!! They keep leaving me voicemails and call me at all hours of the day. I blocked their number, they started calling me with a new one!!

These people keep harassing me as well it’s all BS and a scam! How naive do you think people are? Get a real job.

Sherri Fuller from the law offices of Robert A. Schuerger has been harassing me for months on student loan debt that I do not owe. I never took out a loan from my school and I am already paying on my student loans through Navient I do not know how or why I would be paying multiple loan places but I wish I could get her to leave me alone. She even looked up my roommates CELL PHONE number and called him to harass me when he is absolutely not involved. I never gave her this information and she keeps insisting I have to consolidate my loan and even sent me paperwork half filled out as if I have no choice. This company seems like a scam and all the bad reviews online have further confirmed that. No one has positive reviews for this company.

Called me, REFUSED to listen to anything i said and threatened me. This place and these "Lawyers" are a sad excuse for human beings and their profession. I told the guy who called me that i need to go through my records because i had a similar situation with another city for the same year saying i didnt pay, but my records proved otherwise. The person who called me refused, and would only ask for payment or a payment plan. Why would i make a payment plan on something i may not have to pay????? what a joke this place is. I will be filing a claim with the Ohio board. Law office rep said he was going to mark my file as "refuse to pay" even though I didnt refuse i simply said "I am at work, my files are at home, i will call you tomorrow". I will be filing a lawsuit as well against you for your representatives false statements and false claim. You dont get to bully everyone. your intimidation act doesnt fool anyone lol. It only makes you sound childish and ridiculous.

I got a letter from these people for different hospital bill "which I shouldn't have since the va sent me" never even got a letter from hospital. Their was 7 different amounts and they tell me they are only worried about the largest one and not the others. RENEE was extremely rude and I even asked why are you being so ride and she says that she's not and that it's my opinion. But yet when I asked for the dates of these bills she says oh my god really..... this place is want get a penny for me!
