Started harassing me over a 31 year old bill they claim I owe and cant produce information I owe it. Filing a suit with the Ohio state board against them and a lawsuit for harassment.

Annoying debt collection firm.

My husband and I have had the displeasure of dealing with this law office, namely Terrance. Terrance I'm sure is a nice person, but his job is awful and therefore he is unable to act like an actual human being. My husband does owe a debt, we have been paying the debt, but we haven't ever received a balance or receipts. We've been threatened with court and garnishment (I am a full-time student so sometimes we don't make enough to pay a full payment) and never received a sheet of paper stating that our agreement was accepted. However, we always receive a call if a payment is late. It would be nice to know what can be done about this company. I can't imagine that not giving proper documentation is legal. Have they ever taken someone for garnishment? I'm not sure how seriously to take a law firm that doesn't return calls.

The staff is all around very polite and professional about ripping your hard-earned money out of your hands. As far as debt-collecting cretins go, they are some of the best.

If I could give 0 stars then I would, my wife and I both called to try and figure out the debt that was owed and the person on the line with us (name was kevin) kept acting like a child and playing tattletale on my wife instead of just talking to me like an adult and was being very short and rude and obnoxious and i feel sorry for every individual that has to deal with him, instead of being understanding he wanted to be a jerk about the whole thing and was just worried about collecting the debt. never in a million years will they ever get something from me or my wife, if they are being used i'll go above them and pay it directly to whom the debt is owed now this excuse of a company.

Brian is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too, pretty much i owe my college a balance for parking tickets and housing, however today was the first day I have received any notification prior it being sent to them about the balance, he's very negative saying that the school will basically give me the run around and wants me to hurry up and start making payments and even went as far as saying I will be sued!

This is a debt collector, they’re nice to you and understanding until they don’t get your banking information or debit card information for auto debit... word of advice, pay them with a money order or certified check because they expect individuals to give their personal banking information through email which states in the legal notice “please remember that internet email is not secure and you should avoid sending sensitive or confidential internet email messages unless they are adequately encrypted.“ However Dusty Connell was adamant that the email was secure and turned extremely rude and actually hung up the phone on me when I decided last minute that I will make my payments by money order. Not sure how someone has the audacity to be rude when they’re not doing the account holder a service by taking their money... originally I appreciated them understanding that not everyone is in perfect financial standing in this world. But once they didn’t get my personal account or debit information, that respect went out the window. Good luck helping young individuals attempting to pay their bills with that attitude.
