Responded to a Facebook ad under the brand "LawDog" regarding Robinhood class action lawsuit. Filled out form. Had a phone call with someone there who requested documentation. I supplied all requested documentation. Then they ghosted me. Cannot get a call or email back. Waste of time.

I'm actively paying the incorrectly charged debt through Ohio Attorney General yet the bums at this office continually harass me to try and talk down on me, waking me as soon as I get to sleep though they have been told I work third shift. They essentially have become unnecessary bullies despite me paying toward the debt.Their phone calls have never been to resolve the debt but to instead belittle me unprofessionally. They think they are above average folk.

Debt Collection for Student Loan
The collection was legit and payments made to them were reported to the school. Staff tries to be intimidating during conversations which can come off as rude, no good options for partial payments.
