If you got a call from this company saying your student loans have defaulted and demanding repayment. STOP. Report them to the Ohio Attorney General's office. It's a scam. I contacted my loan provider and my account is in perfect standing.

Scam, they will talk down on you call you a liar. They said they sent me numerous letters in the mail and they won’t send anymore because I’ll lie and say I didn’t get them. When they called they had my name and birthday wrong and expected me to pay them a lot of money over the phone after giving me false information about myself. Would call me 3-5 times an hour I ended up needing to block them because my phone would constantly ring at work. Now they are trying to take my tax refund saying I owe student loans. I have never taken a student loan out in my life.

This law office has several departments in differing areas. It's unfortunate that debt collecting is one of the departments, because the personal injury department is phenomenal! Don't overlook this firm for your needs if you've been the unfortunate victim in an auto accident based on a separate department's reviews.
