I had a great experience with this firm! They jumped right on my case and got me a few grand more than we had anticipated. Communication throughout my injury case was top tier!!

Helped me tremendously after a car accident last year. I was worried about it because of the number of vehicles involved, and the total damages being higher than the limit of the insurance of the at fault party. They helped me fix the damages to both my car and my back, made sure everything was settled then got me a pay out faster than was expected! I was worried about every little detail, they handled it all for me. Much appreciated, defiantly 5 star experience for sure would recommend!

Spoke to Robert who falsely identified himself as NOT a debt collector. He was possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Tried to trick me and was very condescending. Lied about multiple things regarding the “debt” I owed and the agency owed to. Said they sent me mail, it was one letter in an unmarked envelope in which I never received. Refused to send me proof that they were canceling the payment he convinced me I needed to set up. After stating I was paying the agency directly he said that it doesn’t stop them from still attempting to collect the debt, even though the debt has now been settled with the original agency owed to. All around shady and scam. Do NOT share any personal information. I have already reported them to the BBB and filed an official complaint.

I do not recommend them to anyone it's your opinion if you decide on that I and my husband and our son got in a car accident last month on March 8th We was in a lyft car on way to get our new vehicle this accident happen in Akron Ohio the Lyft driver was at a stop sign the person behind us hit us unexpected while at the stop sign thank God it didn't get worse but the person that was representing us on the case said we cannot get coverage for it if we get in any injurers inside of a lyft vehicle we cannot get coverage is what the lawyer Cale Brown said knowing the Lyft drivers insurance is State Farm and also lyft has their own insurance because he is a Lyft driver then the person that hit us was a younger lady and she has Liberty Mutual is her insurance but for some reason the lawyer said we can't get covered when me and my husband got hurt lucky my son did not get hurt we was all seatbelt this lawyer is not helpful at all he doesn't call us back until 5 days later he never answers his phone I never met him I reviewed his name Cale Brown I find the business but I cannot find him listed in the business his reviews are very poor so me and my husband had moved forward with this and determined him we felt very uncomfortable with the situation and wanted to find a different lawyer we found a very best lawyer that is best in our entrance that has 4.8⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all 5 stars they have and their local they have 586 reviews great reviews I'm moving forward because me and my husband had got injured been going to this medical place for a month now to get help my back hurts and head hurts bad my husband's back and neck hurts it's been very hard for both of us me and my husband been getting injections in our back and me and my husband been going to these appointments every single day so that's why us both had to move forward because we haven't been getting any help I wish the best with anybody else it's your decision if you want to be with these lawyer God bless🙏

They are trying to collect a supposed debt from 11 years ago. Attorney General took my state taxes and gave it to them. The man on the phone told me that it doesnt count as a payment.. it was over $800!!

I would not only use them again, I would highly recommend them for your personal injury claims. They have a network of caregivers that got me back on my feet and back to work much faster than expected. Trust the process as this is not going to be overnight payment. They went above and beyond to make sure I got not only a fair settlement but that absolutely as much of it as possible came to me.

- This is a debt collector. They will definitely try to mislead you into thinking they are lawyers and that you are speaking to someone with any actual authority or information on your account. You're not speaking to any attorneys. - When I asked for specific information on my interest and fees and that I did not want to start paying my loan off until I knew exactly what the agreed terms were and when it would be paid off, the man who'd been "working" with me completely stopped answering my emails or calls. - These are just collections agents that will heavily pressure you. I was told to ask family members, or get in to more debt by using a credit card or applying for a personal loan - all of which seems extremely inappropriate.

My honest opinion I really don't think this is a law firm first the lawyer and I agree on payment from the insurance then weeks later he told me I will be getting a lot lesser like why would you have me to agree with an payment from the insurance company and then tell me weeks later I will be getting lesser after dealing with this law firm for 1year still haven't received my check no answer or respond from the lawyer within months after getting a response about my check no check or respond like are y'all scamming it's a new year I still haven't received my check I wouldn't refer you'll to nobody please just send my check I'm in going through an hard ship and I have kids

There are a lot of negative reviews here, I hope I can be a clarifying voice in that, I have been dealing with a debt for 7 months now with this office, a student balance, if your school does end up forwarding your balance make sure to check with your school to check where they forward your standing balances. This office is not a scam, and I am guessing by the nature of it being a debt collection agency and an attorneys office it gets a bad rap, but the individual I've been working with has been great, you can choose your payment amounts and work out something that you can handle as you move through life.
