If you need an attorney group you can trust, look no further. They are fantastic and Renee Floyd will get it all done for you. My husband and I were in a horrific car accident and they have helped us every step of the way. You should definitely give this group a call.

This service is terrible they will not reach out to me ,pick up my calls or answer my texts I just want my money for me and my family they don’t give any updates and the say they waiting on doctor bills last time I got them on the phone 2 weeks ago only but yet the doctor office keeps calling for my bill !

Debt collector and/or scammer. They leave me vague voicemails every once in a blue moon. I don't live in Ohio, and have no debts. Don't engage with them.

Edit: it's pretty sad where I need to write a review in order for them to get in contact with me. My case manager finally contacted me after writing my original review. Supposedly FedEx sent in the payment but they never got it. So they are waiting. I have this feeling someone is lying about the payment. I need what I'm owed and I can't afford to wait forever. It's been 3 years since the accident, 1 year since the surgery and 3 months since I signed the forms agreeing to the settlement. I was told they would have it by Friday or Monday. I tried contacting my case manager to see if they received the settlement but of course no-one knows how to answer a phone or email. I'm begining to regret hiring them as my lawyer (Original review: "My current attorney is thru them. Apparently FedEx sent out an offer and I filled out paperwork almost 2 months ago to get what's owed to me and my daughter. When I emailed my case manager there and tried calling to find out the status of everything, they disappeared off the face of the planet. This is getting ridiculous")

This is a scam lol. Sent me a letter saying they’re “communicating” as a debt collector, telling me I owe hundreds of dollars to a school I’ve never been to a day in my life. Not to mention I don’t live anywhere near Ohio, never have never will. At least make it more believable!

I seriously thought that they were a scam when they first called, but they were far from one! Sherri Fuller from Schuerger helped me navigate paying off my 10 year old student loan that had went into default. She helped me through applying for assistance, which cut my monthly student loan payments down to $32 a month ($32 A MONTH!), and helped stop legal action being taken against me. I am now back on track for paying my student loans, my loan has been cut in half, and I have control over my debt. If you get a call from Sherri, answer! She's the best!
