Horrible people calling and harassing people without doing their homework if they got the right company or not… very unprofessional

My auto accident was Feb 7, 2024 and they reached out to me no later than 2 weeks of the accident to take over my case. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mollye who helped assist me during that time. She gave me updates on my case and even went out her way to provide options on how to resolve my case since they could no longer resolve my case due to the at fault individual not having coverage. Mollye has very helpful during my time working with the company and I will greatly appreciate her for that.

My accident was in July 2023. I was contacted by them and excited to be work with a firm that takes a smaller percentage than other personal injury lawyers. I was not happy w the service. They never answer phone calls or emails, they do not reach out to you to give updates, and they seem to only care about larger cases. I felt like they didn't care as much about my case because it was smaller. They made me feel forgotten about. I finally got paid in March 2024, 8 months after my accident. Took way too long and communication was awful.

Hello everyone I just wanted to post a review on here this law firm is amazing . I was in a wreck January 25,2024 and the insurance company of the person that hit us needs to learn how to drive . But away . I was told about this law firm and I hired them to handle my case . The young lady that was handling my case her name was Ms.Mollie if it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would have got my medical .lose of income and my truck paid for if she wouldn’t have be the one to help me get this taken care of . If I need this law firm again I will be for sure be giving her a call to handle all my family’s needs from now . Mollie thank you once again for everything you did for me and my family to get this settle . I will recommend this law firm to all my friends and family and anybody else that needs an attorney. I am very pleased with how this firm conducted themselves. From the initial contact to the closing settlement, they were professional, understanding, and direct. Dane S. was my firm appointed attorney, and after the second counter offer from the opposing party, I had so much confidence in him to get the best offer possible that I gave him absolute authority to close on it how he saw fit. And he still got me around a 20% increase than what he had previously told me would be the highest he figured they would give. Please be aware that this is a SCAMMING fake law firm!!! It's not even a legit law firm at all! Whatever mail you got from this place demanding you to pay money to them, please DO NOT do it. Don't fall for their trap. Avoid this so-called FAKE company at all costs. I was so naive and got scammed by them, so now I wanted to let the whole world know about this.

Robo calls - hard to deal with - mean and aggressive people with minimal intellect and almost no common sense.

They call twenty times a day at all times of the day. The people on the other end of the phone are rude.

Worst place ever. They still have not gotten back to me on my case/ no updates or anything. When I call they switch me to so many people then a machine comes on talking about this is a debt collection company. My case has nothing to do with debt. Now ever phone goes straight to voicemail including my attorney
