If I could rate Mr. Sheppard Sr. I would rate him a ZERO. This man is one of the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with He takes your money, he doesn't return phone calls! When I came to my taxes, he did nothing ,he's more out of the office and on vacation than in the office. Hey use a scare tactics to you about the IRS. He manipulates people to take their money and does nothing! He is a liar ....
