Sheppard law office is the place to go for any tax issues you may have. Super friendly office staff make you feel at ease during a stressful time. Just recently took a tax issue to them and they were able to clear it up quickly and efficiently. Thanks again to Ken Sr, Ken Jr and the entire office staff at Sheppard law!

I had a great consultation with Ken about real estate, and he was very informative and knowledgeable. He responded promptly and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely terrible experience. Needed an amended tax return created, which Ken was slow to finish and did not respond to phone calls or emails after several days unless you harass him. More than once his secretary would transfer my call to his office when he was not there, her desk is literally less than 50 feet away from his office so not knowing whether he is in or not is pure incompetence. He finally did finish it and we mailed to the IRS, it was rejected outright with no reason given. Not even going to bother contacting him about it because he would not respond to questions during the process so there is no reason to think Ken will care now. A total waste of money.

Bankruptcy is not something you want to do. We tried to avoid it but Bill's keep piling up. Upon meeting Mr. Sheppard, I did not feel judged or put down. His professional and kind attitude is calming. He explained the process clearly, he even gives the process and total cost on paper. I appreciate the time he takes answering any concerns you have. The office personnel is very prompt in getting answers for you. Mr. Sheppard was very easy to work with and informative. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.
