Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Had two different lawyers within first two years filing Chapter 13. Ken does the first meeting then hands it off to inexperienced attorneys who eventually quit the firm after a year! Ken tells you he will do your case, then hands it off to one of his junior attorneys. No one calls to tell you your lawyer quit or even who will take it. You have to call to find out. Their paralegals are overworked trying to make up for lack of experience with the junior attorneys. Terrible practice. I lost TRUST in Ken, and found a NEW bankruptcy attorney who is a million times better. If you have to file bankruptcy, look elsewhere.
