Everyone in the office was friendly, answered all of my questions, very nice office. The Trust binder is very nice and organized. I feel it took longer than it should have.

I had my spousal support modified today with Kia Wilce help .She did a fine job negotiating with opposing counsel and got me a amount and terms I could live with. Kia saving me a lot of money today and saved me a lot of stress . Thank you Kia!

This positive review is in contrast to my disappointing experience with lawyers in the past. This is how very different Sheppard Law Offices is: I had a team of two lawyers and a paralegal. I was kept informed throughout the case. I was represented, not the firm, not my adversary. They were there to help me. I had direct access to reach my lawyers, and was responded to quickly. Ken Sheppard, Jr. is very knowledgeable. He is conscientious and kept every promise. I was grateful for his freely given compassion. Best of all he and his team were responsive. I commend this organization, and would recommend them to anyone who needs capable and devoted representation.

Attorney Wrice handled my custody case brilliantly. She really stepped up for me when I couldn’t be present and fought hard for an outcome I was very pleased with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Yikes. If I were you, Id read what Ive written before selecting this firm. I met with an Attorney on October 11th. I arrived on time, but was told to come back as my attorney had "other work". I complied so as to not stress out the desk lady, but I should have acted on this first red flag. One hour later, I sat down with the attorney and a paralegal and he agreed to file my motions before October 21st. Despite being promised that filing date, with the extreme danger to my children pending...I was ghosted. Even after emailing the attorney, and the office multiple times with no response, I told them I wanted to cancel two weeks after the attorney was supposed to file, and I filed pro se. My deposit was 5 grand. My refund was $2957.50. So, more than $2,000 to sit for an hour and be lied to and misled. As a business owner, this is an extremely horrendous customer service experience, Id recommend to find another firm. Not to mention, I didnt receive my deposit until December 19th due to the attorneys inability to recuse himself from the case. Know that Sheppard law offices cares more about taking your money than helping you out.

Ken Sheppard and his staff provide unperilled, reliable, and effective services. With that comes an extremely friendly group of of people to work with. You can't go wrong utilizing their services and highly recommend.

Attorney Wrice was beyond compassionate and true to her word. She is respectful and knowledgeable of the laws and fairness of the child's best interest as also to both parties.
