My experience with Balin Law was great. They were extremely helpful in assisting me in winning my case; always taking/returning my calls and answering any questions. Thanks to Deb, who was my case manager...I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend their services.

I was at a loss at what to do or where to go... I have to share that Ms Balin and her team is THE ONE to go with. They run like a well oiled machine. Everyone has a specialty area and takes care of your issues step by step. It was hard to put my entire trust into a stranger but she walked me through each part step by step. Every step of the way, everything she told me would happen did happen. Experience Dedication Hard working TEAM It All matters. I am forever grateful for their help, guidance and expertise.

Chad and his assistant Deb took their time with me and kept me up to date on their progress. Their hard work and 700 + pages on my medical and work history so impressed the judge. He ruled in favor of my SSI/SSDI without a hearing. Since I have a social anxiety this was a true blessing. I can never thank Chad enough for his kindness. Now I can focus on getting better.

Very efficient and effective

Chad was so understanding & well educated with Autism and special needs for children, which helped my son & I to feel confident with Chad representing him/us going thru the SSD system & hearing. Chad was equally well educated, thorough, professional through the review of all my son's paperwork from preschool to present day 19 years later. I would definitely recommend Chad Christopher Delesk as well as Paulette Balin whom we also had the pleasure to meet & consult with. We are from the Youngstown Ohio area and Cuyahoga area was close, not a problem at all to get to. I thank Chad for his wonderful patience again with a special needs child and a frustrated mother, family. Our win for my son's disabity would not have been possible without Chad's expertise.

I was hesitant to hire an attorney to obtain disability because I didn't know how to choose one. I wasn't getting anywhere on my own so took the plunge, did a Google search for a disability attorney, and contacted Atty Delesk's office. The process was long (2 years) but Atty Delesk and his support staff were thorough. As a psychologist, I've spent a lot of my career doing clinical interviews, requesting records, compiling information, and writing reports. I can affirm that Atty Delesk is exceedingly competent in these areas. He also has a fair amount of medical knowledge, which is helpful in his area of law. We hire attorneys to advocate for us and get the job done. However, an added bonus, and much needed in my case, was Atty Delesk's professionalism and kindness.
