I contacted this group about a possible lawsuit but they never took the time to even return my call. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle the case after my accident. Jason and Paula were excellent. Paula kept me up to date often and explained everything to me throughout the process. She didn’t give up and kept pushing to get medical bills paid so I didn’t end up on the loosing side. I would use Eshelman group again without hesitation!!

Attorney John Wright is a pleasure to talk to, he always kept us up to date on any progress made, and he got us a massive settlement that far exceeded our expectations. I had a great experience with the Eshelman Legal Group. Paula was so friendly & personable, I felt like I was talking to a friend that really cared every time we spoke. Jason was also great & very personable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney.

I contacted them regarding my daughter getting hit by a car by Preston Elementary. They did not get paperwork right and I had to redo things. It took about a year to clear up. They did not get a good settlement for my daughter nor did they handle the funds the way her father and I asked. All of my daughter’s medical bills were to be taken care of but I still get calls from collections on bills related to her accident. Attorney john Wright did not seem to care about our case.

The Eshelman group were professional and very responsive. They went above and beyond in our case. We had issues with the other insurance company and the run around they kept giving us. The Eshelman group did all the arguing, contacting and running that was needed. Jason Eshelman kept us informed every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough. God forbid you need an accident attorney but if you ever do these are the people to help :)

My personal injury case was just settled, thanks to Eshelman. Overall, I am very impressed with the service and feel very grateful to had found them. During my case, I moved abroad, all the way to South Korea, and they were still very accommodating and able to settle the case for me! I highly recommend, if you're close by!

My experiences with lawyers have never been good. I thought this one would be no different. They are all the same, I thought. I made the call to Eshelman on behalf of my 95-year-old mother. For her, maybe someone would fight hard (and I could keep my personal thoughts in check). A pleasant voice bid me good morning, said her name, asked my name, and then asked, “How are you doing today?” My eyebrows shut up (“What do you care?” But, OK). “Yeah, I’m good. how are you?“ “Doing well thanks. To whom can I address your call?” After I explained what my issue was, she replied, “Let’s see how we can best help you.“ I was transferred over to a man named John Wright. Then I explained everything to him and he said that he would have someone take some information and get back to me. Sounded like a nice guy, not the curt, matter-of-fact, puffed-up greeting I had expected. Within a day I was speaking with the wonderfully knowledgeable Lynette who explained some of what we needed to do, and then I spoke with John Wright again. He gave straight answers to my questions without making me feel inadequate and he gave full explanations in plain English. By this time I was getting to think that I was wrong about lawyers all being the same. Over the next 10 months or so, Lynette and I would communicate many times. On occasion, I would get a note from John asking me to call so he could fill me in. I was always kept up-to-date. Phone calls, emails, suggestions, materials… whatever it took. In my mind, we had a comfortable and friendly business relationship. What I did not know was how hard they were really working behind the scenes for my mom‘s sake. We were blessed to have made the call to Eshelman, made the call to this particular office, and met and worked with these two fine people. When all was said and done, expectations were surpassed, a very fair settlement was reached, and Momma was even surprised. Momma was happy. [And we all know that if Momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.] Thank you, Lynette and John. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.
