My experience with ELG in Cuyahoga Falls had both positive and negative aspects. I was satisfied with the final monetary results and communication with attorney John Wright. Very professional and courteous. There were some fustrating moments however. I communicated to the attorney assistant Jamie aspects of my case that were very important in determining the monetary offer from the insurance company. The details were either not put in my file or not relayed to Mr Wright. There were also several other miscommunication issues with the assistant. I gave ELG feedback personally after the end of my case several weeks ago and was thanked for my comments. I would of hoped it was relayed to all the appropriate staff. Today the legal assistant e-mailed me and asked me for a review on Google. This just solidifies my point on the communication issues during my case with the assistant. These things do matter.
