I filed with HNB and it took forever, I couldn't get ahold of anyone, my attorney changed and I only spoke to him once about 2 weeks before my hearing, and I was told if I was denied they would appeal on my behalf and they didnt. He'll they never even called me back after my hearing with the judge. I called and called and they never called me back. I eventually got a letter stating that they were not going to be representing me anymore. They lied to me, never called me. I can't tell you how horrible that made me feel. I felt that they didn't care and if they can't make money off me they don't care about me. The commercial says that they will treat you with respect, Ha what a joke!

This is long overdue and I apologize for this! What I loved about these people is that what ever the questions they returned your call right away. When you go in they tell you everything up front and no sugar coating anything! They did a wonderful job with doing everything possible for me. I thank you all for all your help and advice! I would recommend this office to anyone!
