Needing to have a discussion to understand my rights regarding a recent event, I contacted HNB. My questions and an assessment of my options were quickly and professionally handled. I have had to do all the work that is needed for my Bwc. I thought when you took an attorney on they were the ones to do the work and make sure things were done and I would like to mention I have problems with the one secretary that is in the Bwc department very short with words when you ask her something and she acts like she has a bad day every day I have had to fax things to the Bwc I’ve had to call the Bwc I have had to call doctors to make sure things is been sent to the Bwc like I said I thought this is what you pay attorneys for

While the firms handles lots of cases; each visit made me feel as if mine was the most important. Tod was attentive and kept me informed at each step of the process. My case took longer than most, almost 3 years, but the attitude of the staff and Tod helped get me through. I would recommend them to anyone with legal issues. Call HNB and you will not be disappointed!

I had a fantastic time with this firm. I had another big name law firm before them for 3yrs. and got nowhere, I got denied for disability so many times that they let me run out of time. I lost alot by going to the other guys! And then, HNB took my case and I got approved within 6 mos.! Don't waste any time just start with HNB and get on with it! They are honest, reliable and will work hard to win your case!

Its been 4 years since the start of my disability case. Jackie, Michael Rake and the rest of the Blumenthal team kept me informed and up to date on all happenings. Using Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal was the best decision I could have made at the time! As soon as I walked through their door I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone.
