We worked with Joy at HNB, who got our claim going really fast when my husband became critically ill and needed disability income. Six months to the day from our filing, my husband got his award letter, approved the first time, no appeals needed. The firm is very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't take a fee, as there was no back pay in his case, and they are paid on a percentage. I'll be eternally gratefull to HNB!! Highly recommended by this satisfied client.

My sister hired them in 2015 to get disability. My sister passed away in 2017. Someone from the firm called my niece two weeks after my sisters passing and told her, Jennifer Flanigan Jimenez ,her daughter that she would get her mothers, my sisters back pay. It has been almost 3yrs now and my niece hasn't got one cent. My neice got a letter from social security 2 months ago and told her the firm got their pay of $10,000. She has called the firm numerous times for Emily Zaney and they won't take any messages or take her number for a return call. There is a lot of money missing. Emily also told her to call social security and straighten it out with them. What exactly did you get paid for? Where is the rest of the money? . I want answers asap. Let me say this upfront: I don’t have a scintilla of negative criticism for this outstanding law practice. My claim for SSD was handled in the most professional, competent and amicable way I could imagine. I was kept apprised of the status of my appeal every step of the way. I never felt like a client of lesser importance. Anyone, and I mean everyone fighting for their disability claim should at least consider if not pursue the firm. My dealings were specifically with Ms. Dobson, Mr. Walter and Joy. The latter helped me with administrative questions and coordination and she was very helpful to me. Lastly, there is no Greta or Gretta at HNB and I find it appalling that others attempt to smear this outstanding office of outstanding law professionals by posting made up reviews.
