I have worked with Stephanie Dobson, Mike Rake, Gary Blumenthal and Steve Horrenstein for a number of years on Social Security Disability issues. These are leading attorneys who stay current on updated Regulations and Rules and know how to work with Social Security staff and ALJs to make the strongest possible claims for their clients. I have been a client of Mike Rake from the law firm of Hornstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal since 2007. After many years of appeals and Mike's persistence to not back down I was finally awarded my disability in December. Mike is an exemplary attorney, he knows the laws and works for you until he gets the job done. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

if you are looking for professional yet personal help with workers compensation Mr. Nicholson is the one to get. They have continued to help me since 2007. Unbelievable knowledge and explains things in detail. You are not just a client here. The whole office is exceptional. I'm not forgetting you Miss Elaine.
