Let me tell you something! I had a work related injury, that required me to have workmans comp involved. I started the process myself, calling, registering online etc with bwc and calling doctors and appts. My injury required surgery unfortunately, with several months off. Towards the date on my scheduled surgery things began to (in my opinion) fall apart. Man I was hesitant about getting an attorney involved. So I contacted Attorney Nicholsons firm, left a message with my situation. And later the same day I received a call from Attorney Nicholson. Spoke with him about everything that was going on, set up an appointment. My wife and I went to the appointment. The meeting went well, the staff is great to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Attorney Nicholson is very easy to talk to, very understanding also. He explained to me what needed done, by him,his firm and myself. He also explained all of the fees involved up front, no beating around the bush or anything. The other main person I dealt with was Attorney Nicholsons fantastic, amazing sidekick Becky! I am a mechanic by trade, and have been in the automotive repair industry for almost 20 years. So I understand how people are reluctant about having their car repaired at a shop. Because they are afraid of unnecessary repairs being done. I had the same fears about having help from an attorney, but everything went differently than I expected. So to anyone needing an attorney for a workmans comp claim, I highly recommend this firm to everyone! Great communication, great attitudes, fair and reasonable prices and a fantastic staff. I have had a wonderful experience working with the office of Horenstein, Nicholson and Blumenthal. I first met with Mr. Gary Blumenthal and he explained how the whole process would work and what it would take to win my disability case. When it came to my disability hearing I worked hands on with Mr. Micheal Rake and his assistant Marci. They were nothing but amazing at helping me through my case and fighting as hard as they could for me. I ended up winning my case (all thanks to them) and also was able to receive a settlement. Micheal and Marci also never backed down and when I was having trouble getting my settlement from the state of Ohio disability office they were continually making phone calls and fighting the system for me. I am 38 yrs old now and I fought like hell on my own for several years before contacting this law firm for help with getting disability established. I honestly can say that I still would be fighting for it on my own if it wasn't for them. My experience with HN&B, LPA was amazing and I know that I will continue to use them in the future if needed. I would also recommend them to any of my family, friends or perfect strangers that I come across who I know would need help. My husband has been going through his fight for almost 3 years now. If letter writing was their goal they would definitely get 5 stars. He even lost his job. If we had it to do over, we would definitely get a different kind of attorney.

They get three stars cause they didn't continue the case. We review for our members and some of them said they are good to take cases but really dont fight or don't try and do what it takes for those athletes or millitary families coming home to fight for disability benefits. Plus they didn't give a known celebrity the A treatment. And everyone deserves this
