I have never worked with such a professional law firm as Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal in Dayton, Ohio. Their staff has always treated me with dignity & respect when visiting or calling into their office. Don't waste your time on out of state attorneys when we have the best rest right here in OHIO! Stephanie Dobson, in my opinion is the best in fighting for you and she cares about you & your family! I will never go to any other law firm but HNB!! Thank you & your staff for all your hard work but mostly just caring about ME!!

This is a excellent choice . My lawyer was On it till I got my settlement for Social Security. Very friendly staff. Don't make the wrong choice with someone else, this is your best option.

Bless all the people at this firm! When no one else thought my father had a disability case, they took his case and won. The intake specialist jaci was a godsend who always checked in with me and Emily was the attorney who fought for my dad. Something we fought hard for for 6 years and it didn’t take them a quarter of that time. They changed my dads life and I couldn’t be more grateful. If I could leave a zero I would.I spoke to this office about help with a social security disability claim. I did all the paperwork for social security and submitted prior to meeting. The aid I met with was not clear and not particularly knowledgeable but very assuring all my questions would be answered at my next meeting (that never occured) I was led to believe there would be no charge until the attorney became involved after the denial, NOT so.I never met with an attorney and ALL communication was initiated by me I never received a letter, phone call anything the entire 6 mos. or more. The office takes no calls on wed and none before 930am the other days. You MUST leave a message and expect a call back within 24 hrs. They announce they are temporarily short staffed but over the 9 months I called it remained the same. At no time did I meet or talk to anyone more experienced than a secretary but was ultimately charged a huge fee

You guys are the best, you took the time out to take care of everything. I didn't have to do anything or worry about anything. Thank you for carrying about me.
