Called several times over the past month and never could get anyone to contact me back. Gretta acted as fit it an inconvenience for her to even answer the phone let alone take a message. So I decided to take my business else where.

During my phone call I ended up with a person named Gredda or Greta that was just flat out rude and mean. What a terrible experience

Husband filed for disability and it was awarded. They ignored his most serious health condition and at the hearing Mr. Walter said nothing about that. But whatever, we got disability. Mind you, if we ever called to speak with our attorney we could not, NOT ONE TIME, since we filed. Always got a call back (maybe) from a secretary. Our biggest complaint of ineptitude is that since the day he got disability, December 2019, they told us he couldn't get on Medicare for 2 years, period. They confirmed this more than once. Our goal was Medicare far more than the disability check. Two times the lackey that called me back said he could file for Medicaid ! They don't even know the difference and he CANNOT file for Medicaid , we aren't broke. Their failure to give us factual information has quite literally caused my husband to be in the hospital for the past 6 weeks. No apologies though they admitted they meant Medicaid has a 2 year waiting period, and actually that's probably not true either. They don't care at all about the client. I should not have had to call numerous times to finally get them to see where they went wrong.

When i called for my initial appointment, I got in quickly. Jaci was experienced and thorough, yet sincere in her concern for getting my claim processed. Mr. Michael Rake handled my case, and Marci took care of the settlement end of things. Overall, a professional group, and will return to them should the need arise. Thank you HNB
