I felt very good with Richard West representing me in this difficult time. He and his whole staff were so kind and professional guiding me thru all of paperwork and procedures so that my case was flawless. My sister used West several years ago and was very satisfied. Richard West Law Office is absolutely amazing! I had many questions during my bankruptcy and they always answered me within 24 hours. I felt like I was a major priority to them and they made filing so much easier! Every staff member was so nice and made sure they went above and beyond to make sure you understood everything! I really appreciate Rick West and all of his crew. I never thought I would have to file bankruptcy. I seen a commercial and thought this was the only way to help me. I was scared not knowing what I was about to begin. When I made the call and talked to Rick West I felt more at ease. A lot went into it but they were always there for answers and the videos made it easy to go back to when I got frustrated and tried not to be a pest not knowing. But they always made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything when I talked to them. I would recommend them to anyone. It has been a complete lift of sight for me. They have been the best.

I want to say what a great attorney Richard West is. I called him asking for help. He was straight out honest with am and said that he could not do anything to help me and that, in my case, it would be better to take a different route. One thing that sticks out is that he could have told me a bucket full of s@#$, and I would have believed him. I also want to add that I work crazy hours, and Mr. West called me during his after hour office. No, he told me the truth and referred me to a different source. Now, how many attorneys would do this?
