Rick and his team have been great, always responsive and very efficient. I would highly recommend this office, they will get the job done and set you up for future success.

I was referred to Mr. West by a friend. It was by and far the best reference I have ever received. I am having an issue with a credit card. Long story short, and not drawing any details, Mr West gave me some of the most solid advice I could have asked for. That said, he could have told me something that would have benefited himself or his firm just for the sake of making a buck. I was told Rick was a straight shooter, and thinking of me, and not himself, he advised me to take care of me, even though it didn't benefit him! Mr. West is a straight shooter through and through, and if I ever needed a guy that is willing to stand up for me, and take my back, this is the guy I want doing it! Thank you Rick for your time and advice! If I'm honest, next time I run into anything close to this again, I will be contacting you first thing. Richard West and his office are AMAZING!!! They make a difficult task of filing for bankruptcy as easy as possible. They are great at answering your questions and never make you feel judged during this process. He really cares about his clients!

No one picks up the phone during normal business hours and there voicemail service does not work.

Attorney West did not waste time after the pleasantries-which was very welcomed approach since both husband and I were very anxious. He asked for the docket number for our case, looked it up. Then asked us a few questions and went straight to giving us the best advice. He was even willing to answer a few more questions to explain why that was the best advice, which by the way ended up a very surprising answer. We left that conversation feeling deeply relieved and thankful. I had original imagined that conversation to become something painful to have to experience but talking to him was anything but that. Amazing people! They are absolutely wonderful. They have made a nightmare of a process simpler and easier to understand. They are always there to answer questions. Ran into hard time. Wasn't sure what to do. Called Richard West law office. I had a free consult with Mr. West. He was very down to earth and spent about 30 minutes getting to know my situation and what my priorities were. Once he understood my situation and my goals for my situation, he told me that he would not recommend a bankruptcy, unless one of a few specific things happened, which could put me into a situation which would require the protection bankruptcy would afford me. He made a few suggestions of better ways to manage my current situation to prevent the need for bankruptcy in the future. I can definitely say that Mr. West did not try to sell me a bankruptcy or other legal remedies that were unnecessary. He talked me out of some of the legal options I came into the conversation believing I might need. In my experience Mr. West really tired to understand who I am, what my situation is, and what whether or not he would be able to offer me any legal remedies to improve my situation. When he did not believe I needed his services, he did not try to sell them to me or get me to buy something I don’t need. If I do need a bankruptcy or other legal work in the future, I will definitely call Mr. West.

Rick and his team where phenomenal throughout our entire filing process. My wife and I have made some poor financial decisions in our life and it was time we turned things around. The entire process felt organized with tons of communication back and forth. Rick was extremely transparent throughout. We can't recommend Rick and his team enough!
