I have worked with Jack Hilgeman multiple times. He is extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. He cares a great deal for his clients, and you can tell he goes out of his way to make himself available to them.

My husband was in an accident that was not his fault where his vehicle was deemed a total loss and he was taken to the ER by ambulance. Thankfully, there was no permanent injury; however, this accident happened at a very bad time for us to lose his ability to work for a period. The insurance payout for the truck was all the other insurance company would have considered paying without Jack and Michelle. With their expert guidance, we were able to recoup some of the lost wages, medical, and other expenses. Going in, we did not realize how very time and labor-intensive this process is for Jack and team - over 7 months for our smaller claim - which was shocking but you are dealing with many different organizations like doctors, health systems, and adjustors. Michelle is super responsive and deserved more of the settlement than their standard percentage paid them. Thanks to Michelle for being awesome at your job! I was in a car accident that left my spine curved. I had gone to DGMS before and had an awful experience. They wouldn't fight for me. So I decided I wanted someone else for this accident. I looked up attorneys and seen Jack and read all the reviews and decided to give him a chance. He was on board to help me get what I deserved. He was kind, knowledgeable, and didn't want to take my money and leave me with nothing. It took almost a year to settle, but not due to negligence.
