I have known Rick for about 10 years, he is a very honest and knowledgeable, trust worthy person when ever I need good advice I can get it.

I would rate the office at 10 if I could! The office staff is great. Bonny is an excellent assistant. Rick does a good job and I am really enthusiastic about supporting the offices.They all do a great job.

I know that Rick West is a great resource for financial hardship situations and how to rebuild one's credit. I also know that his staff is very personable and are very friendly to everyone that walks in to his office.
