Attorney West and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to make me feel very comfortable while dealing with an embarrassing and difficult situation. The professionalism of the entire staff made the process very streamlined. The biggest difference is Attorney West's program not only gets you through the bankruptcy but also helps you rebuild your financial situation afterwards. I highly recommend him if you are in the same type of situation!

I have known Mr. West for several years and he is very understanding - he is helpful and I did not feel embarrassed when speaking with him. He is very supportive and I felt that a burden has been lifted from me. Rick and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

He was there through the whole process along with his wonderful staff. Even today I can call with any concerns and they are there to take my calls and answer any questions I have . Never once did I feel bad about my situation. They actually helped me see ways to never go back into debt again. I can honestly say I will never need to go through this again because of Mr. West and his staff, but if I did mess up he would be the first person I would call. I can now keep my head up and know I have learned a lot through meeting him and his staff. The whole company is wonderful. I pray that people do not have to ever go through this, but Mr. West would be the one to call for help. Thank You Mr. West and your wonderful caring staff for making my life better. I can never thank you enough or put in proper words what it means to me.

We found Kate while searching for a great child custody lawyer. Our situation was incredibly urgent. Kate initially met with us on a Sunday knowing we needed to start our legal process quickly. At our first meeting Kate offered options where everyone had previously told us there were none. Kate is efficient and thorough.
