Rude disrespectful

Excellent attorney at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience with Dyer Garofalo Mann and Schultz they kept me updated on the process. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.

Not a very good experience my daughter stuck her hand in a puppet at a thrift store and was stuck in the hand with a dirty syring!! She wasnt the only one whom this happened too either! So I decided I wanted justice when they couldn't even apologize or give any type of condolences ! So I contacted dyer,garofalo man and schultz. They immediately took the case. Fast forward 2 years later with minimal contact about what was happening. We ended up with a new attorney at the same office just he handles litigation for lawsuits. He pretty.much made me feel so hopeless and stupid for trying to seek justice for my daughter. He told me we more then likely wasnt going to win and that the lawyer not an insurance company offered an amount that's equivalent to a slap in the face. That's all that they feel the case is worth. After paying them (the tiger) and her medical Bill's the amount she will get is a joke. Is it about the money, NO! is there an easy or practical way to put a dollar amount on a situation like that, no! But as "the tiger" I would have expected a little better of a fight or motivation to handle her case more aggressively for justice sake! I pretty much felt like if I didn't choose what they offered I wouldn't have gotten to ask for better procedures on checking merchandise that comes in off the street. Or drug testing their employees. Or even now putting a box to dispose dirty needles (not my idea). And who knows if that's even what's gonna happen. I asked but haven't had a response to weather or not they are changing or putting fourth their best efforts to check items coming in off the streets.I just feel like it's a lose lose situation.my daughter still doesn't want to go to thrift stores. she wont be a kid and run over and pick up toys at a walmart believe it or not. She sticks right with me. As a child who has been through testing and had blood drawn several times. It's just not fair for a 7yr old to have went through that! Justice was not served ! I totally feel as if it was brushed under a rug! So finally just said whatever and went along with the amount and terms. Went to go sign documents and of course the woman said sign here and here and here. So I did. In just got a phone call that I signed in the wrong spot and now will have to have my husband sign the document after she finds out if a new release needs made up. So she said she will call me back in hmm...the lord only knows how long that will take. Just been a long disappointing experience to say the least.

This firm treated me awesome and had my best interests in mind the whole time.they really go after who done u wrong and get u any and all compensation u deserve.

Contacted DGM&S after a car accident in November 2018. I was assigned to attorney Seth S., and paralegal, Vicki R. They were both great throughout the duration! All of my questions were answered; Seth was very thorough in explaining how negotiations were progressing and what my options were, and Vicki was great with providing frequent updates and handling everything behind the scenes (especially dealing with medical billing offices!) Case is now settled/closed, I'm very happy with the overall results. While I sincerely hope I'll have no cause to use them again, should the need arise, I will definitely trust them to do what needs to be done.
