I went into this entire situation not knowing what to expect. Sierra and David are wonderful. Very professional and always answered any questions I had. I hope to never need their services again but if I do, I know the firm I am going to call.

Attorney Smith kept me up to date with all of the court proceedings, he was caring, and very understanding. I highly recommend his services.

Good website but does on offer the services i need

I'm not sure how to rate this as a business I made a call the 24hr number about a claim as a result of the factory fire it was not my personal claim one for damages and the personal results of the effect the fire had on my life and see about collecting from lawsuit already filed the lady I spoke with was not friendly and just had a script they read from I feel.. it was not at all personal I got no answers she took basic info no more no less we had no conversation that I felt gave any info to her as to how I personally was affected by this fire but that was only the hotline number I never directly spoke to an actual lawyer just the basic phone service I was not very happy at all with the lack of concern or care as to how this had an impact on my life very basic cut and dry I thought not personal period that wasnt at all a good experience

Very easy experience. All my questions were always answered, and my case was dealt with care and in a quick matter considering my circumstances.

When I called it appeared to be a call center, they gather information to contact the person your suing. I kept giving the lady my case information and when she repeated the information back to me it was wrong! I tried numerous times to give her the information and she kept getting it wrong. Finally I just asked her to have someone call me. Well, I found a real attorney who doesn’t have a call center. Thanks but no thanks !

Mr smith is a sham of a lawyer. Too lazy to do any type of real work. He is a failed lawyer along with being a flawed person. He stills your money and then rides the coat tails of anyone who will let him He’s not only failing his clients but also the children he is suppose to protect. He is a liar and a thief. Stay far away from him. As he is just in it for the money and could care less how his laziness and lack of morals affect real humans.
